- Items must be kept unused and with all the original packing.
- You can choose to exchange the item or receive store credit for future purchases that will be valid for 1 year only.
- As soon as you notify us we will initiate the return and guide you through our hassle-free return process.
Our exchange or return policy is valid for 48 hours after you receive the product. To avoid any misuse of this policy, any cases of late notification will be handled at company's discretion and we reserve the right to not process those returns.
Items can only be returned in exchange for other items or store credit. We don't offer refunds. We will send you the exchanged item or store credit as soon as your returned product is received by us. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For the return pickup, we will generate the shipping label and send it you. Please seal the box in its original packing and securely paste the shipping label on it and we will arrange for the pickup from your preferred address. Items can only be picked up from the same country in which they were received.
In cases of gifts, any returns or exchanges can only be initiated by the original purchaser or the product.
